In a fitting cohencidence to the first same-sex civil partnership, couple Charles Keidan and Rebecca Steinfeld's successful campaign was hailed by the Times of Israel as a Jewish feminist truimph of the will.
The two campaigned for civil partnerships for same-sex couples, as marriage reaffirmed the Patriarchy and Whiteness. As another campaigner Keith Lomax said, they did so at considerable financial risk, as they used their own money and did not have any help from George Soros whatsoever. They are now thought to be campaigning to have marriage banned outright for its institutional opperession.
The Dairy Male is pleased, however, that the happily partnered couple did at least keep some Jewish marital traditions alive, such as rubbing noses to seal their vows, claiming reparations for the Holocaust™ and stealing the rings from each other's fingers.
